AgentMarketNow Seller Terms

1. Who Can Sell

Any registered user may submit skills for sale on AgentMarketNow. All submissions are reviewed by our team before they go live on the platform. Creating an account and submitting a skill does not guarantee that your listing will be approved or published.

2. The Approval Process

All skills are reviewed by the AgentMarketNow team before being listed on the platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any submission without explanation. There is no guaranteed timeline for review. Submitting a skill does not create any obligation on AgentMarketNow to publish or promote it.

3. Platform Fee

AgentMarketNow charges a 5% platform fee on each completed sale. You receive 95% of the sale price. Fees are calculated on the final transaction amount. The platform fee covers listing, payment processing coordination, and marketplace operations.

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed manually. Once your skill makes a sale, you will be contacted at your registered email address with payout details. We aim to process payouts within 14 business days of a completed sale.

AgentMarketNow is operated by an individual and is not a registered business entity. Payouts are made via bank transfer. By selling on this platform, you acknowledge and accept these payout conditions.

5. What You Can Sell

You may sell AI prompts, templates, guides, tools, automation scripts, and similar digital products. You must own all rights to everything you sell. The following are not permitted:

• Illegal content of any kind.
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Listings that make misleading or unsubstantiated claims.
• Content you do not have the rights to sell or distribute.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Buyers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. If a refund is granted, the refunded amount will be deducted from your future payouts. AgentMarketNow handles all buyer disputes directly. Our decision on any dispute is final.

7. Removal

We may remove your listing at any time for any reason, with or without notice. If your listing is removed after sales have already occurred, any earned payouts that have not yet been processed will still be paid out in accordance with these terms.

8. No Guarantee of Sales

AgentMarketNow does not guarantee any level of sales, traffic, visibility, or revenue for your listing. Listing your skill on the platform does not create any expectation of income or commercial success.

9. Individual Operator Disclosure

AgentMarketNow is operated by an individual, not a registered corporation or LLC. By using this platform as a seller, you acknowledge this fact and agree to these terms accordingly. All transactions and payouts are conducted on this basis.

10. Changes

We may update these Seller Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform as a seller after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
