• IP address and approximate geographic location.
• Referring URLs and search terms used to find the Platform.

Agent & Review Data

• Agent listing details submitted by Listers (name, description, pricing, category).
• Ratings and reviews submitted by Hirers.

3. Seller Data

If you sell on our platform, we collect and store information about your listings, sales, and payout records. This includes the content and metadata of any skills you submit, transaction records associated with your listings, and the payout information necessary to process payments to you. This data is retained for accounting and compliance purposes and is not sold to third parties.

Your data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database, a secure, serverless database platform. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is restricted to authorized personnel and services only.
